Prayer

Prayer, especially if we are not used to the idea, can seem like a big and scary idea which is meant for other people except in absolute emergencies, when we have tried everything else and we might offer a quick "Help me, God!" in sheer desperation.

God hears all of our prayers, even those which are uttered in moments of panic and despair but it pays to have a slightly more thought out approach to the subject so that we have a firmer foundation from which to make those emergency pleas which we all face from time to time.

Think about prayer as a conversation and a journey. To consider where you are in your prayer life and to look at some ways which you might consider to move forward in your relationship with God in this most intimate but sometimes most intimidating methods of communication.
